Bubblegum is a hybrid which is half Indica and half Sativa.  This strain was  bred in Indiana by studious breeders looking for a balanced experience of physical relaxation and cerebral stimulation.  The experimentation then reportedly moved to the New England area and from there, to the famed breeders of Holland.  There the strain was perfected to produce a consistent bubblegum flavor and balanced nervous system effects.  It was the winner of 3 High Times Cannabis Cups in the mid to late nineteen nineties.
